See you on the field!
Ages 4 to 6 Program
The AGES 4 to 6 PROGRAM is based on a balanced
training appropriate for this special age
group and focuses on developing basic body
awareness, lateral movement, rhythm, eyehand
coordination and fundamental motor
skills such as running, hopping, kicking and
skipping. All sessions are supervised yet
loosely structured and designed to follow
children's natural energy patterns. The instructors
move to develop teamwork, communication
and sportsmanship. Players in this program
must be ready to start class and participate
independently.
10 and Under Program
The AGES 10 & UNDER PROGRAM introduces
players to soccer specific training and
conditioning. Speed, strength, coordination
and agility are emphasized; teamwork and
sportsmanship are required. Participants may
play up or down in age groups based on
coaches recommendation and spend at least 25% of class time scrimmaging. This program
is also essential to those participants who play
in organized soccer teams as a complement to
their required team training. Players receive a
certificate of completion, and various prizes for
participation and improvements.
KICKIT Participation Policy
Parents are cordially
requested to stay in close proximity to
the field for the first 10 minutes of each class.
For safety reasons, players without proper
soccer attire (shorts/sweat pants, t-shirt, soccer
socks, athletic shoes or outdoor cleats and
shin guards) will not be allowed to participate.
